If you place your order online or over the telephone before 1pm, your jewellery will arrive by special delivery the next day (Monday to Saturday).
We also offer a Same Day Delivery service in London. For details see London Same Day Delivery or call us on 0845 680 6848 to arrange a convenient delivery time. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange an appointment to come into our Bayswater showroom to view or pick up your jewellery.
Overseas Orders

Such is our commitment to quality that your designer jewellery will arrive couched in the softest polishing pouch, protected inside an exquisite dressing-table-worthy box. You can also choose to have your jewellery gift wrapped with the finest handmade Japanese wrapping paper and Italian ribbon.
Please note that you can also have the gift delivered to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice will be forwarded to the billing address.

Christmas Delivery Information: UK Next Day Delivery
The last order date for next day delivery is 1pm on Monday 22nd December to ensure arrival of products before Christmas Day.
Delivery to addresses within the UK costs £7.95.
Orders received and cleared before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery service the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday if the delivery address is open on a Saturday.
If you place your order on Friday after 1pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday before 1pm. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Christmas Delivery Information: London Same Day Orders
Astley Clarke orders placed using our London Same Day delivery can be made online until 12 noon on Tuesday the 23rd of December.
We offer a same day delivery service to London postal codes via courier for a delivery charge of £15.
Orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm for London Same Day delivery. We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority.

Christmas Delivery Information: International Orders
Last international orders should be placed before 1pm on Monday the 15th December to ensure arrival before Christmas Day.
All delivery to overseas addresses costs £15.
Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (15%) will be removed from your order at checkout.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at (home or work). At Astley Clarke we aim to please. If you would like to have something specially made, please contact our customer service team who will be more than happy to help and advise.
Once the request of a bespoke order has been verified we will send you a written confirmation of this with an estimated delivery time. The order can then be processed as soon as we receive payment. This can be made in full or by means of a non refundable 50% deposit. The payment can then be completed when we receive your special piece of jewellery into stock and before we send it out to you.
The item will be a Special Order, which means it will be made specially for you as it is not a piece that we are carrying in stock. Due to this fact the piece of jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned at all.
We request that you reply to us via email to acknowledge and confirm that you are happy with these terms of the Special Order.
A non returnable administrative charge of £50 is applied for requests of specially made jewellery with a retail value below £50.

You can purchase gift vouchers at Astley Clarke. These will be added to your shopping basket as a normal item. Your gift vouchers will be sent to you or the recipient of your gift in the post.
Gift vouchers are available in various denominations (from £50 to £5,000) and you can purchase any multiple of these vouchers, which are beautifully printed and come with uniquely generated codes. Your gift recipient will be able to redeem them against any jewellery purchase by entering the unique code at checkout.

RETURNS
Christmas Returns & Exhanges policy
This Christmas Astley Clarke is delighted to offer an extended period for customers to exchange their Christmas gifts or to request a credit note to spend at a later date.
All requests for an exchange or a credit note must be made before Friday 9th January. Astley Clarke’s returns policy remains as stated below - All requests for a full refund must be made within seven days upon receipt of delivery.
Please note: The Astley Clarke office will be closed from noon on Wednesday 24th December until Monday 29th December, but you are still able to shop online at AstleyClarke.com
Astley Clarke operates a 'If it doesn’t look pretty, return it' policy.
This means that you can return your jewellery for whatever reason you may have. A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be requested from Astley Clarke within 7 days of delivery. Postage for returns is free of charge within the UK and oversees.
RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at returns@astleyclarke.com.. Once you have received your RA number, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within 7 days of issuing your RA number.
International returns should be shipped within 7 days of issuing your RA number. You are not able to return items which have been worn or have had the security tag removed.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Astley Clarke and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit.
Astley Clarke will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at returns@astleyclarke.com or calling us on 0845 6806848 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.
3. All items must be attached with the security tag intact, not be worn and in their original condition..
4. Please complete the Returns Form and enclose with the item(s) to be returned.
5. Please place items in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
6. We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should take your item for return to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days of receiving the RA number. The return address and Licence number is stated on the pre-printed labels supplied with your goods. Failure to obtain an RA or to return goods other than via Royal Mail Special Delivery does not affect your statutory rights.
7. To ensure that you are not charged for returning your item please fasten the two labels provided to the front of the parcel: 1) Royal Mail Special Delivery label; 2) Returns Address Label which displays our returns address. If you do not have a Returns Address Label please contact our customer service team on 0845 680 6848 & press #1.

4. You will be issued with a FedEx telephone and account number, and the Astley Clarke Returns address, so you can arrange a FedEx collection for your return. All items must be returned via this FedEx account, and Astley Clarke does not accept responsibility for returns sent using any other method. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving an RA. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx paperwork that the item is being returned.
5. The RA number should be written on your original invoice. In addition, please complete the Returns Form. Please put the item in the original packaging and seal it securely.
6. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the amount due to your credit card. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The postage for your return is free of charge.
How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods
1. In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at returns@astleyclarke.com and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
2. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damage deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
3. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
4. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service which is to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.
Receiving a refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Alternatively, you can request an Astley Clarke merchandise credit that can be used against future purchase at AstleyClarke.com.
Gift Returns
If you have received an item from Astley Clarke as a gift you can return it for an exchange or a credit note within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please call us on 0845 680 6848 (UK) or +44 (0) 207 706 0060 (overseas) to arrange this.
Exchange:
You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
Credit note:
Once issued, credit notes are valid for 6 months.

Christmas Returns & Exhanges policy
This Christmas Astley Clarke is delighted to offer an extended period for customers to exchange their Christmas gifts or to request a credit note to spend at a later date.
All requests for an exchange or a credit note must be made before Friday 9th January. Astley Clarke’s returns policy remains as stated above - All requests for a full refund must be made within seven days upon receipt of delivery.
Please note: The Astley Clarke office will be closed from noon on Wednesday 24th December until Monday 29th December, but you are still able to shop online at AstleyClarke.com
If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item please contact us to let us know by also emailing us at returns@astleyclarke.com, or contact one of our product experts us by phone for advice on a more suitable item on: 0845 680 6848
Alternatively, to secure your chosen exchange you can make your purchase by phone or online and we will refund your original item when it is returned to us.
Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a merchandise credit.
- How to proceed if you would like to return your goods for exchange from the UK

2. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.
3. All items must be attached with the security tag intact, not be worn and in their original condition..
4. Please complete the Returns Form and enclose with the item(s) to be returned.
5. Please place items in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
6. We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should take your item for return to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days of receiving the RA number. The return address and Licence number is stated on the pre-printed labels supplied with your goods. Failure to obtain an RA or to return goods other than via Royal Mail Special Delivery does not affect your statutory rights.
7. To ensure that you are not charged for returning your item please fasten the two labels provided to the front of the parcel: 1) Royal Mail Special Delivery label; 2) Returns Address Label which displays our returns address. If you do not have a Returns Address Label please contact our customer service team on 0845 680 6848 & press #1.
